About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Negotiating and conducting analysis of Region-wide Support Agreements to ensure compliance with DOD/DON rules and FMR regulations; identify and resolve a range of compliance and budgetary/ financial problems and develop alternative methods/solutions; 2) Managing and negotiating General Terms and Conditions, and processing procedures and functions included in -Intra Service Support Agreements (ISSA), Memoranda of Understanding (MOU), Banking Liaison Operating Agreements, and Memoranda of Agreement (MOA); 3) Providing findings of Support Agreement technical analysis to management; and 4) Receiving/executing Reimbursable funds in all applicable financial systems of record such as ERP and G-Invoicing. Major Duties: - You will perform or advise on work in any of the phases or systems of a budget administration. - You will present and defend budget estimates before authorities . - You will review and evaluate budget requests. - You will work on the development, determination, and interpretation of budgetary policies and practices. - You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations.
