(Ambitious? 💪 Yes, but, hey, that's what got us here).Now, we’re on the lookout for a Senior Finance Executive to help us bring that vision to even more travellers.About the roleHands-on and impactful: We’re looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave in our Finance Tribe. This is a proper sleeves-rolled-up role where you’ll keep the AP engine running smoothly while also spotting smarter, better ways of doing things. Operational with opportunity: You’ll own key AP processes end-to-end, balancing high-quality BAU delivery with continuous improvement. There’s real scope here to influence how the function operates during a period of transformation — not just keep the lights on. Trusted and autonomous: This role suits someone who’s comfortable using judgement, prioritising what matters, and improving outcomes rather than simply ticking boxes.What you’ll be doing• Delivering excellence: Processing accounts payable invoices accurately and on time across a multi-entity, multi-currency setup.• Owning the close: Supporting month-end and year-end activities, including accruals, prepayments, reconciliations and reporting.• Keeping things clean: Maintaining supplier master data with strong controls, approvals and audit trails in place.• Partnering widely: Working closely with teams like Procurement, Product, Engineering and Commercial to resolve queries and onboard suppliers smoothly.• Working smartly: Using AI-enabled and automated AP tools (OCR, automated coding, helpdesks) — and applying judgement when exceptions pop up.• Improving how we work: Contributing to process simplification, automation and system enhancements that boost accuracy and scalability.• Protecting the business: Adhering to financial controls, audit requirements and policies to safeguard cash and minimise risk.About you• AP-experienced: You bring solid experience in Accounts Payable or shared services finance, ideally in a fast-moving, multi-entity environment.• Detail-driven: Accuracy and timeliness matter to you — and it shows in your work.• Month-end ready: You’re comfortable juggling priorities and deadlines, especially when month-end rolls around.• Tech-curious: You enjoy using systems, automation and AI tools to improve outcomes (Workday or similar ERPs are a big plus).• Confident communicator: You build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, and tackle issues head-on.• Problem-solving minded: You take ownership, spot issues early and find practical solutions.• Excel-savvy: You’re confident with Excel and happy getting into the detail when needed.What it’s like hereWe are the real deal — no corporate gloss, no empty promises.
