**Full-Time | New Franchised Auto Repair Shop

We’re building a new franchised auto repair shop and are looking for a strong Service Advisor** to be the face of the operation. This role is perfect for someone who connects easily with customers, communicates clearly, and takes pride in running an organized, efficient service counter.You’ll work closely with technicians and the General Manager to keep the shop flowing, customers informed, and work moving efficiently from write-up to delivery.What You’ll Do• Greet customers, listen to concerns, and clearly explain repair needs• Write accurate estimates and repair orders• Communicate with technicians to manage workflow and expectations• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process• Ensure repairs are completed on time and to shop standards• Maintain organized service documentation and records• Support a positive, professional customer experience every dayWhat You Bring• Experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer in auto repair• Strong communication and listening skills• Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced shop• Comfort using shop systems, POS, and service software• Pride in customer service and personal accountabilityFirst 90 Days•

60 days: Confidently manage repair orders, estimates, and customer communication•
