You’re passionate about supporting patients and families with grace and dignity and empowering your team to deliver exceptional care.What You’ll Be Doing:• Serve as a role model and resource for nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members• Support staff in problem-solving and determining appropriate clinical interventions• Collaborate with the Administrator on hiring, orientation, retention, and performance management• Adhere to budget requirements for labor, pharmacy, DME, and medical supplies• Coordinate patient care with RN Case Managers and attending physicians• Review and manage patients receiving higher levels of care (respite, inpatient, continuous care)• Oversee clinical and management responsibilities for assigned teams• Serve as liaison between Administrator, clinical staff, patients, families, and community partnersQualifications:• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing or a related health field.• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.• Active CPR certification required; certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing preferred.• Minimum of 4 years of experience within the last 5 years in hospice, palliative care, supportive care, home health, or a primary care setting.• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred; familiarity with WellSky is highly desirable.• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.• Ability to lead bereavement support groups and make sound clinical decisions.• Flexibility to work outside regular hours based on patient needs.Why Choose Silverado?• Fortune Magazine Best Workplace in Aging Services™• Certified Great Place to Work®• Paid training and strong internal mobility#LI-KB1Anticipated pay range$140,000—$155,000 USDSilverado offers the following benefits to eligible employees: • 401(k) matching• Health, Dental and Vision Insurance• Flexible Spending Account (FSA)• Paid time off• Tuition reimbursement and professional development assistance• Referral program• Other amazing benefits such as Pet Insurance, Auto and Home Insurance and Discount Programs!* Silverado does not accept candidates from outside recruiters or agencies for this role. *California Employees: For roles requiring driving, the driving requirement has been deemed essential to the performance of this role due to specific business necessity.
