Schedule: Full time and part time options available with shift opportunities including nights, weekends, and holidays based on facility needsCompensation: Competitive, based on experience + $2.00/hr for 3rd shift differentialAbout the RoleLighthouse Residential Treatment is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our interdisciplinary treatment team. Our nursing staff plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality medical and behavioral health care for clients in our residential program.RNs and LPNs collaborate with medical providers, clinicians, and support staff to support clients in achieving their treatment goals while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.Key Responsibilities• Complete nursing assessments during admission and throughout the client’s stay• Administer medications according to provider orders and protocols• Document all assessments, interventions, and care in the Electronic Client Record (ECR)• Perform point-of-care testing, including urine specimen collection and lab coordination• Assist in crisis situations through evaluation and appropriate intervention• Provide individual and family education• Support interdisciplinary treatment planning and coordinate care with outside providers• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly treatment environment• Comply with all federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, and facility policies• Complete all required agency training and continuing education• Perform additional duties as assignedAdditional Responsibilities for RNs:• Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and communicate medical needs to providers• Participate in the development and delivery of medical educational curriculum• Supervise LPNs in the delivery of nursing careRequired Qualifications:• Valid and current Ohio RN or LPN license• Behavioral health or psychiatric experience preferred (or willingness to learn)• Knowledge of psychiatric medications, indications, side effects, and interactions• Knowledge of state, federal, and clinical practice standards• Valid Ohio driver’s license and insurance• Successful completion of BCI check, corporate compliance checks, and employment drug screen*Full time and part time opportunities availableOur benefits package includes paid time off (PTO and sick time), paid holidays, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), life insurance, paid continuing education with supervision, parental leave, and eligibility for loan forgiveness programs.LBHS is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, disability status, genetics, gender identity and/or expression, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.LBHS adheres to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act as amended, Ohio Civil Rights Act, and all applicable rules and regulations.
