Work You'll Do As a US Delivery Center Manager on the team, you will:
+ Lead SAP Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM) implementation and sustainment activities in support of warehouse and inventory operations.
+ Configure SAP IM/WM solutions to meet business requirements and improve inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and operational control.
+ Facilitate requirements workshops with business and technical stakeholders, and translate business needs into clear functional designs.
+ Drive end-to-end integration of IM/WM with SAP SD, PP, QM, and FI/CO to support seamless business processes.
+ Lead testing activities, including end-to-end scenario validation, edge case testing, defect tracking, and traceability through business sign-off.
+ Develop functional specifications for enhancements and interfaces, including RF scanning, label printing, and shipping integrations.
+ Support cutover planning and execution, including data validation, inventory reconciliation, and post-go-live hypercare stabilization. The Team Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice

Qualifications Required:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
+ 4+ years of experience with SAP IM/WM functional experience, including implementation and/or sustainment
+ 4+ years of configuration experience in Inventory Management and Warehouse Management
+ 4+ years of experience leading requirements workshops and translating business needs into functional designs for warehouse and inventory processes
+ 4+ years of experience with IM/WM integration across SD, PP, QM, and FI/CO
+ 4+ years of experience leading testing cycles, including end-to-end scenarios, edge case validation, defect management, and traceability through sign-off
+ 3+ years of experience defining functional specs for enhancements and interfaces, including RF scanning, label printing, and shipping integrations
+ 3+ years of experience supporting cutover, data validation, inventory reconciliation, and hypercare stabilization
+ Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
+ Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia)
+ Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
+ Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
