If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!As a Customer Enablement Manager, you’ll work directly with some of our largest customers to help them get the most value from the Figma platform. You'll design and deliver tailored enablement strategies that drive product adoption, help uncover new use cases, and support long-term success.In this highly collaborative role, you’ll partner with various internal teams, such as Account Executives, Onboarding Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Industry Advocates, to deliver a seamless and impactful customer experience and create thoughtful, engaging experiences for our customers. Your ability to build strong relationships, connect the dots between product features and customer goals, and communicate with clarity will make you a trusted advisor and strategic partner.If you’re passionate about helping customers thrive, enjoy solving complex problems, and love working at the intersection of product and customer success, we’d love to meet you.This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.What you’ll do at Figma:• Manage the adoption journey for a portfolio of large, strategic customers• Understand customer goals and success metrics, and use product data to inform proactive engagement strategies that lead to measurable value delivery• Document proactive engagement strategies as part of high quality, bespoke enablement plans• Share best practices, use cases, and product expertise to help teams unlock the full value of Figma• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across roles and departments—from individual contributors to senior leaders• Identify and empower internal champions who can advocate for Figma within their organizations• Collaborate with Account Executives on account reviews, expansion opportunities, and renewal risk migration• Deliver live and scalable training sessions customized to customer maturity and needs• Partner cross-functionally with Onboarding Managers, Technical Account Managers, Solutions Consultants, and Industry Advocates to ensure customer successWe'd love to hear from you if you have:• 4+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Technical Customer Success, Customer Success, Customer Enablement, Account Management or a relevant customer-facing role in SaaS• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of customer personas• Strong product knowledge and a customer-first, consultative approach to solving challenges and driving adoption• A track record of driving impactful outcomes, adapting to evolving customer needs, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsWhile not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:• Experience using Figma or working with design and collaboration tools• Background in UX/UI, Design Ops, or Frontend DevelopmentAt Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. Pay Transparency Disclosure If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Please discuss your specific work location with your recruiter for more information.Figma offers equity to employees, as well a competitive package of additional benefits, including health, dental & vision, retirement with company contribution, parental leave & reproductive or family planning support, mental health & wellness benefits, generous PTO, company recharge days, a learning & development stipend, a work from home stipend, and cell phone reimbursement. Figma also offers sales incentive pay for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles.
