(Flexible)Reports To: Sales Field ManagerEmployment Status: Part timeFLSA Classification: Hourly/ Non- ExemptCompensation Range: $22.00 - $25.00 + Sales CommissionJob Summary:Cookies United, a quality-driven manufacturer based in Islip, NY, is looking to hire a route person to support the sales function. This person will drive to customer locations to deliver, promote, and sell the company's products, with a focus on growing the territory.Job Responsibilities:• Responsible for store deliveries.
• Collects and reconciles payments.
• Customer order entry.
• Management of inventory at store level.
• Any other duties assigned depending on business needs.Job Requirements:• A valid driver's license - clean driving record.
• Eager and enthusiastic to promote sales.Training and Experience:• High school or a combination of some education and work experience.
• Basic math to make quick calculations and lead the inventory control.Physical Demands and Work Environment:• Ability to lift and carry boxes.
• Walking: inside and outside the plant.
