And the following areas: Washington DC. and Minneapolis, MNJob Responsibilities:• Able to use Excel to analysis and identify unposted items that need to be posted to customer accounts

• Ability to balance external processor reports and our internal system

• Utilize Mastercard Connect and Visa (VROL) platforms for research

• Report status of activities assigned and any irregularities to management

• Complete all tasks daily within restricted time allocations

• Ensures accuracy and completeness of data

•

Ability to communicate effectively in English both via email and orally•

Compliance with camera requirements for meetings and training.• All other duties as assignedEssential Skills/Knowledge/Certification:• Minimum of 5+ years reconciliation or analysis experience

• Experience in payment services / Prepaid Cards / Banking is highly desirable

• Microsoft Excel - Intermediate level

• Microsoft Word -Intermediate levelRequirements:• Must have a High School Diploma, or GED, Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Internet Service: Must have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs.•

Internet Speed Test: Must complete an internet speed test and achieve 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download•

Work Area: Must have an established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.•
