Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant - Onsite (Contract) Location: 9330 Medical Plaza Dr, North Charleston, SC 29406 Shift: Monday -Friday 8a-5p Pay: 30/hr Contract Duration: 4 months Required experience:

• EA Experience at a large Organization (1 years) or Asst admin experience (3 years) with experience in calendar management and coodinating board meetings

• Extensive calendar scheduling

• Multiple conflicts

• Ability to prioritize

• Healthcare experience preferred

• Associate's Degree in Business preferred

Job Description:

• Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.

• Manage office operations by answering phones, greeting visitors, maintaining confidential files, ordering supplies, and coordinating meeting rooms and events.

• Perform a variety of administrative tasks independently while handling confidential and time-sensitive information with professionalism and attention to detail.

• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint to support daily operations; strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are essential.

• Previous administrative experience required (hospital or healthcare setting preferred); Associate's degree in Business preferred.

• EA will need to be comfortable working on office projects ( inventory, filing). Will be expected to assist with ordering catering for events.
