We're looking for a Sr. SCCM/Intune Technician to join our team.The Senior SCCM / Intune Technician will lead the implementation and support of enterprise endpoint management solutions. This role is responsible for managing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune environments to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient device management across the organization.


Responsibilities+ Design, implement, and maintain enterprise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune.+ Understand and manage co-management environments integrating on-prem and cloud-based solutions.+ Assist and advise in developing and manage OS deployment (OSD) task sequences.+ Assist and advise with application packaging, deployment strategies, and patch management processes.+ Monitor and maintain endpoint compliance, configuration baselines, and security policies.+ Implement Conditional Access and device compliance policies.+ Utilize PowerShell and scripting tools.+ Troubleshoot complex endpoint management, deployment, and policy issues.+ Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and service desk teams to ensure system stability and compliance.+ Provide Tier 3 escalation support and technical leadership.+ Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices.


Skills & Qualifications+ 5+ years of hands-on experience with SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.+ 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune and modern device management.+ Strong experience with Windows 10/11 deployment and support.+ Experience with Azure AD, Entra ID, and hybrid identity environments.+ Deep knowledge of patch management and software deployment strategies.+ Strong PowerShell scripting skills.+ Experience with endpoint security tools.+ Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, PKI).+ Experience with co-management and cloud migration strategies.+ Experience with Microsoft 365, Defender for Endpoint, and Conditional Access.+ Knowledge of zero-trust security models.+ Microsoft certifications (e.g., Endpoint Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator).+ Experience in large enterprise environments (5,000+ endpoints).


Wage Range


:The annual starting salary for this position is between $78,750

- $105,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
