You’ll play a crucial role in promoting recovery, maintaining safety, supporting autonomy, and helping clients achieve personal goals - whether that’s developing daily living skills, accessing the community, or engaging in meaningful activities.Each shift it 1:1 support, encouraging and managing our client's needs to ensure they feel safe and secure. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to manage challenging situations with ease.
