Roles & Responsibilities:· Design and develop high-quality software solutions using SQL Server C# SQL Azure and .Net Framework to meet business requirements.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project goals.· Implement best practices in coding and software development to enhance application performance and reliability.· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing timely solutions to ensure smooth operation of software applications.· Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality standards.· Optimize database queries and performance using SQL Server to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage.· Develop and maintain documentation for software applications ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference.· Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.· Ensure compliance with security standards and protocols to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity.· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.· Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.· Contribute to the companys mission by developing software solutions that improve business operations and societal impact.

Salary and Other Compensation :The annual salary for this position is between $ 68,422- $ 114,000USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
