Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

Reports To: Clinical SupervisorPosition OverviewThe Clinical Therapist provides individual and group therapy, case management, and crisis intervention services to clients recovering from addiction or mental health challenges. This role supports high‑quality clinical care through accurate documentation, collaborative service delivery, and a person‑centered approach.Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Provide clinical services including individual therapy, group therapy, case management, and crisis intervention within scope of practice and supervisory privilege.• Complete safety plans, treatment plans, progress notes, transition/discharge plans, and required reports within established timelines and compliance standards.• Maintain accurate and complete clinical records consistent with billing requirements, quality standards, and regulatory expectations.• Assist in program planning, development, and implementation as assigned.• Respond to internal and external requests for client information in accordance with 42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, mental health law, and professional licensure rules.• Stay informed about community resources and provide education and referrals to support clients’ recovery and address barriers (e.g., housing, transportation, education, employment).• Collaborate with internal staff and external service providers to promote coordinated, holistic care.• Respond to community professionals in a timely and professional manner.• Support client engagement in pro‑social, recovery‑focused activities and environments.• Utilize a person‑centered, strength‑based, culturally sensitive approach in all clinical work.Minimum Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, or equivalent experience.• Active Ohio license: LCDC II, LCDC III, LSW, LPC, LICDC, LISW, or LPCC.• Ability to pass BCI check, corporate compliance checks, and pre‑employment drug screening.CompensationCompensation is based on licensure level and years of experience.
