Job DescriptionCintas is currently looking for an SAP Security Analyst-Level 2 to support the SAP area. The SAP Security Analyst-Level 2 is responsible for: working on major projects that may span a broad range of systems, working closely with customers, Business Analysts, and team members to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality security solutions that are aligned with the business and IT strategies, and are in compliance with the organization's architectural standards; application analysis, design, security configuration, integration, and enhancement, and also involved in support issues; participating in gathering requirements; advising on system options, risk, cost versus benefits, and impact on business processes; SAP solution design and development that supports multiple enterprise applications; analyzing architecture, relationship between systems and systems flow of end-to-end designs; coordinating, developing and participating in execution of test plans; and staying abreast of new trends and future enhancements and leveraging best practices.


Skills/QualificationsRequired:+ Bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent) or equivalent based on education and/or experience+ Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP security architecture, design and configuration to enable review of the security team's work and guidance, as appropriate+ Minimum 3 years utilizing SAP security+ Minimum 1 year of experience with GRC+ Minimum 1 year of experience of providing technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members with proven success on multiple enterprise-wide software development projects with support and delivery in a production support role in a medium to large business. Provide security guidance or business process expertise.+ Minimum 1 year of experience communicating security issues/solutions to all levels of individuals, including managers, directors, and executives+ Some experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori+ Some experience with Cloud application security+ Experience in complex SAP environments supporting multiple componentsPreferred:+ SAP certification(s)+ Experience in SolMan
