Job Requirements 5K Sign On Bonus - Our Charge Nurses function as the hemodialysis team leader and provide day to day direction and supervision to assigned direct patient care staff. Promotes positive public relations with patients, their family members, guests, physicians, and coworkers. Uses tactful and appropriate communications in all work-related interactions.Work Experience • Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure

• Minimum 12 months of nursing experience, including 3 months in maintenance dialysis care (or as required by state guidelines)

• Meets state/licensing requirements

• Hemodialysis experience preferred

• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures

• Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues
