This role plays a key part in managing quality assurance processes, supply chain operations, and subcontractor coordination, while working closely with the technical and engineering teams to address client needs. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Korean and English and is comfortable communicating with both internal teams and clients.[Job Description]Key Responsibilities- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards- Oversee supply chain operations and quality assurance processes- Act as the primary contact for client-reported issues; assess situations and coordinate appropriate solutions- Maintain clear and proactive communication with both clients and internal teams- Monitor operational performance and initiate improvements when necessary- Collaborate with software engineers and technical teams to meet client-specific requirements- Support project management tasks related to customer engagement and service delivery
