Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living is a 98-acre continuing care retirement community in Tinton Falls, NJ, six miles from the Jersey Shore, offering independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing. We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for our continuing care neighborhoods and will be meeting candidates at the Monmouth County Fall Job Fair on Sept 16 at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft.

What you will do:

- Support residents physical, emotional, spiritual and clinical needs

- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, mobility and meals

- Follow personalized care plans that build on each residents strengths and preferences

- Help facilitate resident activities and programs

- Work with the clinical team so residents get timely, consistent care

What we look for:

- Current New Jersey CNA certification

- At least 18 years old

- One year of CNA experience preferred, not required

- Current CPR certification preferred

- Basic computer skills for care documentation

- A warm, patient approach with older adults

Schedules and pay: part-time days, part-time weekends, and per diem on all shifts. Pay is $22 to $26 per hour based on experience, $25 per hour for per diem, plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential for evenings and nights.
