About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is the largest independent nonprofit home health care provider in the United States, founded in 1975 and headquartered in New Jersey. The Red Bank office at 140 Broad Street serves clients across Monmouth County, including Freehold, Middletown, Manalapan, Wall, Long Branch, Tinton Falls, Eatontown, Howell, Matawan and Neptune. We are hiring Certified Home Health Aides for full time, part time and per diem visiting work.
What you will do:
- Complete home health visits with clients in their homes across Monmouth County
- Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility and transfers
- Support meals, light housekeeping and safe daily routines
- Observe and report changes in condition to the nurse and clinical manager
- Document each visit accurately
What we look for:
- Listed on the NJ Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing (CHHA)
- Reliable transportation, since this is a visiting position (mileage is reimbursed)
- Dependable, compassionate and comfortable working independently in a client home
- Able to pass a background check
Schedules and pay: flexible scheduling with weekday, weekend and per diem options. Published base pay is $24.00 to $29.00 per hour depending on qualifications. Weekly pay, 24/7 on call clinical support, and medical, prescription, dental and vision coverage for employees averaging 30 hours per week.
BAYADA will be hiring Certified Home Health Aides at the Monmouth County Fall Job Fair on September 16 at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft.
