We are seeking a CX Candidate Care Coordinator (CCC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in onboarding coordination, recruiting support, and HR operations and a proven ability to deliver a smooth pre-boarding, Day One, and offboarding experience for employees and contingent workers.
Responsibilities:• Guide and support new employees and contingent workers throughout the onboarding process.
• Manage communications with pre-hires, contingent workers, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.
• Schedule and facilitate onboarding preparation calls.
• Order and track equipment delivery to ensure timely setup for Day One.
• Track background check completion and onboarding tasks.
• Send pre-boarding emails and Day One welcome messages with necessary resources.
• Conduct identity verification calls and Day One technology readiness checks for new hires.
• Assist in offboarding of employees and contingent workers, including equipment return coordination and access deactivation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:• 2+ years of experience in HR, onboarding, recruiting coordination, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:• Experience working with global teams or in a remote setting.
