About the Role:As a CBRE PO Admin, exceptional customer service isessential. The role will provideoperational and financial support to the Account Leader and their team, workingon a customer account, ensuring contractual requirements are delivered.


What You'll Do:The Purchase Order Administrator provides administrativeand financial coordination support for the Facilities Management program. Thisrole is responsible for the full lifecycle management of purchase orders,supporting both base facilities services and project-related work across theNorth American portfolio.Working closely with Facilities Managers, Area Managers,vendors, and finance teams, this role ensures purchase orders are createdaccurately, invoices are processed appropriately, and financial records alignwith approved scopes of work and budgets.The role requires an understanding of facilitiesmanagement service scopes, procurement processes, and basic accountingprinciples to ensure operational work and project activities are properlydocumented and financially managed.Coordinate and onboard vendors for reactive and plannedworks, and manage sub-contractor paperwork.Review processed invoices and ensure accurate cost centercoding.Recommend enhancements to current procedures andsolutions to boost the team's efficiency.This is not a comprehensive list of job requirements,additional tasks may be included.

Ability to calculate advancedfigures such as percentages, discounts and markups.
