About this role
Aboutthe Role:Asa CBRE Assistant Property Manager, you will manage a variety of propertymanagement and financial activities for client Flagship location to drivefinancial performance and client satisfaction.Thisjob is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible foroperating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
WhatYou'll Do:- Performvarious duties for client account, department administrative, processimprovement, and financial functions.- Partnerwith field management staff, IFM team, Engineering, client accounting services,Security and C&J staff.- Assistwith the preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects. Codeand process vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accountsreceivables.- Assembledata reports including Accounts Receivable, Income, EBITDA, pipeline, and otherbusiness metrics.- Conductinternal compliance reviews. Report review outcomes and make recommendationsfor change.- Providecustomer service support to internal and external clients for basic inquiriesand questions.- Havesome knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience inapplying them.- Leadby example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.- Impactthe quality of own work.- Workwithin standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meetdeadlines.- Exchangestraightforward information, ask questions and check for understanding.- Assistto Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules,assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and departmentdeadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
What You'll Need:- Strong financial acumen.- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 yearsof relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience andeducation will be considered.- Ability to use existing procedures to solvestandard problems.- Experience with analyzing information andstandard practices to make judgments.- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitivemindset.

The minimum salary for the Assistant Property Manager position is $105,000 annually [or $50.48 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Assistant Facilities Manager position is $116,000 annually [or $55.77 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
