If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!We are looking to hire an experienced full-life cycle Recruiter to support the organization through its growth, predominantly within Sales with the opportunity to support other functions, like Marketing, Legal, and GBO. You'll be a driving force in building and executing the talent strategy, partnering with key stakeholders, and hiring top talent. This role will allow you to build positive relationships, exude our values, and contribute to our org-wide recruiting best practices and processes.This is a foundational role in Brazil. In addition to execution on hiring, you will have the opportunity to support recruiting events, contribute to office expansion, and build strategic partnerships across the region.This is a full time role that will be held in our Sao Paulo, Brazil hub.What you’ll do at Figma:• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for our business organizations (specifically Sales)• Partner with business leaders to develop top of funnel strategies for key roles• Source and build healthy, representative pipelines to engage passive talent including: cold outreach, events, and content production while also effectively handling inbound applications and referrals• Leverage data to inform your hiring strategy and articulate these insights to executives in order to influence and drive positive change• Champion and spearhead various initiatives relating to belonging, equity and impact (BEI)We'd love to hear from you if you have:• 6+ years of full-cycle in house recruiting experience in a high growth business• Experience partnering with senior executives on high volume searches in sales organizations, such as Enterprise Account Executives• Ability to build a talent strategy alongside your hiring managers, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience• Excellent communication, in all formats and ability to adapt communication style based upon audience• This role will focus on recruiting in Latin America, written and spoken fluency in Portuguese and English is requiredWhile not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:• In-house experience recruiting for a SaaS company• Experience hiring leadership roles at the Director level, predominantly within Sales• Expert knowledge of the SaaS/ scaling tech landscape and who our competitors in this space may be• Written and spoken fluency in SpanishAt Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go.
