The result is employees who drive our business forward while building a career.What's the role?The Internal Communications team is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented communications professional to provide day-to-day support across a range of internal communications initiatives. This six-month contract role, based in New York City, will support multiple leaders across the Internal Communications team and play an important role in helping ensure messages, materials, and processes are delivered clearly, consistently, and on time.In this role, you'll partner closely with members of the Internal Communications team to support newsletters, messaging distribution, documentation, initiative tracking, and ad hoc projects that support employees across the firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their communications career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.We'll trust you to:- Support the formatting, review, and distribution of internal newsletters and recurring communications, including Office Committee Connects, ENG Events biweekly communications, and ad hoc HR-related updates- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and sending internal messages on behalf of team leaders and stakeholders- Track weekly team initiatives, maintain status updates, and support scheduling and coordination across projects- Create and maintain internal documentation for processes related to Facilities and HR communications- Help ensure communications materials are accurate, well-organized, and aligned with internal brand and editorial standards- Support the development of clear, concise one-pagers for large spaces and town halls, outlining capabilities, updates, or key information- Take on ad hoc projects as needed, providing flexible support across the Internal Communications teamYou'll need to have:- 1-3 years of experience in communications, operations, administration, or a related field (internships or contract experience welcome)- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to track multiple workstreams simultaneously- Comfort working with formatting tools, templates, and shared documentation- A proactive, can-do approach and willingness to support and learn where needed- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and adapt to shifting priorities- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)We'd love to see:- Interest in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications- Experience supporting newsletters, internal messaging, or documentation projects- Strong follow-through and reliability in meeting deadlines- A positive, team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learnComfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed environmentSalary Range = 40
- 48 USD HourlyThe referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting.
