About this role

This position provides individual and group age appropriate developmental and psychosocial supervision, support, and treatment consistent with established objectives, including crisis management, group facilitation, use of trauma informed care and use of behavioral management and modification procedures to facilitate achievement of desired treatment outcomes. Position Duties include therapeutic interactions, group facilitation, documentation, teamwork, supervision/staff development, and performing miscellaneous job related duties as requested. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and work experience and/or education totaling two years in a behavioral health related field, with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Recreation Therapy, Sociology, or a field related to behavioral health preferred. Pediatric experience is preferred. Must be at least twenty-one years of age, have a current fingerprint clearance card, BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association, and obtain Crisis Prevention Intervention certification within 60 days of start date.
