Job Description We are seeking an Administrative Specialist to join our dynamic team within the Admin Specialist Program. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume calendar, travel, and expense management and a proven ability to support multiple leaders and optimize their time. Team: Admin Specialist Program Business Title: Administrative Specialist Work Arrangement: Remote; must work CT hours Note: This is a temporary contract position supporting leaders at ratios up to 7:1. Responsibilities: Provide remote high-volume complex calendaring, travel, and expense support for multiple leaders. Learn and utilize internal and external tools to deliver accurate calendar support. Communicate with leaders to understand business priorities and apply them to scheduling and coordination. Partner with leaders and Administrative Assistants for end-to-end meeting coordination. Provide proactive time management recommendations to leaders. Provide short-term coverage within the team as bandwidth allows. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience providing administrative support to 2 or more executives. 2+ years of experience managing calendars, travel, and expenses for 2 or more executives. Experience prioritizing multiple tasks and activities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Experience exercising judgment and discretion while applying company policies and practices. Experience with a Customer Relationship Management or ticketing system. Preferred Skills: Experience working directly with senior executives. BA/BS degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. Why BCforward?
