The Associate Project Manager will support the Senior Project/Program Manager(s) in driving strategic initiatives across enterprise support operations. This role is highly visible, fast‑paced, and central to advancing operational excellence across the organization.The Associate Project Manager partners closely with the Manager of Employee Development & Service Recovery and other departmental leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute quarterly strategic projects. The role provides comprehensive project coordination, operational support, and performance reporting for enterprise activations, disruption planning, and departmental initiatives. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Project Management • Support planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic, operational, and tactical initiatives. • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, budgets, metrics, and key deliverables. • Maintain project trackers, dashboards, event spreadsheets, and standardized reporting templates. • Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow‑up action items. • Support creation of project documentation, workflows, processes, and standard work manuals. • Conduct research, assessments, and presentation development for activation projects. • Manage project documentation, expenses, contracts, and agreements with oversight. Performance Reporting & Analysis • Track and assess operational metrics across regional hubs and community network support operations. • Provide routine performance updates to leadership and supply data for division‑wide assessments. • Maintain dashboards, timelines, budgets, and project tracking tools. • Evaluate quantitative and qualitative data to support structured portfolio reviews. • Participate in weekly/monthly project performance reviews and communicate status across stakeholders.Your qualifications should include: Minimum Education: • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field (experience may substitute). Minimum Experience: • 1+ year of relevant project or program support experience. Preferred Education & Certifications: • Master’s degree in a related field. • PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Preferred Experience & Skills: • Experience managing small projects or influencing larger programs. • Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to partner with executives and cross‑functional stakeholders. • Expertise in MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Project, PPM systems, and dashboard/reporting tools. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
