Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings.The ideal candidate will work alongside the Team Leader to ensure that recovery services, vocational services & clinical support are included in the treatment plan developed for each individual served.Responsibilities:• Oversee administrative and clinical functions of the team, monitoring service delivery and support utilization for up to 125 clients• Assist in the development and oversight of Treatment Plans, ensuring coordination of case management services including income, insurance, and appointment scheduling• Ensure services are culturally competent, strength-based, recovery-focused, and aligned with client preferences• Integrate recovery, vocational, and clinical services throughout care and support transitions to employment services, such as Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission• Provide direct clinical interventions, adapt treatment plans as needed, and offer on-call clinical support to case management staffQualifications:• Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field• Licensure in Social Work or Psychology by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts preferred• Experience working with adults with severe mental illness• Valid Massachusetts drivers licenseSchedule:• Monday-Friday, 8am-4pmAnnual Salary$90,000 - $100,000 USDAt Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
