Position Overview
Aspen Dental is seeking a service-driven and empathetic Senior Patient Care Customer Experience Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial inquiry through appointment completion.
This position is ideal for a customer service professional who excels in communication, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities•
Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via digital channels
•
Assist patients with appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out, and general inquiries
•
Address and resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
•
Educate patients on services, treatment plans, and payment options
•
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in internal systems
•
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a smooth patient experience
•
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy regulations
•
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to patient satisfaction and service quality
Required Qualifications•
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
•
2+ years of experience in customer service, front desk, or patient support roles
•
Strong verbal and written communication skills
•
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
•
Proficiency with scheduling systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
•
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
•
Professional demeanor and customer-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications•
Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical office settings
•
Knowledge of insurance verification and billing processes
•
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance
•
Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus

Salary Range: $55,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience and location)
