Our finance team plays a mission-critical role in scaling operations, optimizing margins, and ensuring compliance across a distributed U.S. retail and B2B sales footprint—all while supporting a remote-first, high-performance culture.Role & Responsibilities• Oversee end-to-end retail financial operations including P&L management, inventory costing, and revenue recognition aligned with GAAP.• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for retail channels, providing actionable insights to sales and ops leadership.• Design and automate financial dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to track KPIs such as gross margin, inventory turnover, and channel profitability.• Partner with retail merchandising and logistics to model pricing strategies, SKU performance, and promotional ROI.• Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls for retail systems, including POS, ERP (NetSuite/SAP), and e-commerce platforms.• Support M&A diligence and integrations for retail acquisitions, including post-close financial harmonization and synergy tracking.Skills & QualificationsMust-Have• NetSuite• Power BI• GAAP• SOX Compliance• Inventory Accounting• Retail P&L Management• ERP Financial Modules• Forecasting & BudgetingPreferred• Tableau• QuickBooks Enterprise• Experience with multi-channel retail (e-commerce + brick-and-mortar)Benefits & Culture Highlights• 100% remote work with flexible hours — autonomy to design your ideal work rhythm.• Annual performance bonuses + equity upside in a high-growth healthcare tech innovator.• Monthly “Finance Deep Dive” sessions with C-suite to influence strategic decisions.
