This position is an important part of our customer experience. You will assist customers in choosing the service that’s right for them, informing them of our membership program, and inviting them to take advantage of all of the benefits of becoming a CCW member. This is a role with high customer interaction that adds that bubbly feeling we want our customers to experience. We’re seeking only qualified individuals that are honest, hard-working and like to have fun at work!Responsibilities and DutiesMUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING OUTDOORSProvide the highest level of customer service by interacting with customers and boosting membership enrollments and upselling services:Explaining how the monthly membership program works and the value to the customerDescribe and offer other service offerings such as details, express services and gift cardsAnswering customer account questions while attending to all customer needsOperate the cash register, process payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer. This involves the use of electronic scanners and related equipment.Serve as a point of contact for customer complaints and facilitate a resolution when possible in a professional manner that is fair to the customer and consistent with company policy and guidelines.Continuously update knowledge on CCW’s products and service menu and associated pricingAdditional responsibilities include:• Answering phones, scheduling appointments and handling customer account questions
