We are seeking an experienced professional that has either worked as an automotive BDC Specialist before or with past Service Advisor experience so an understanding of the needs of this position and a dealership environment is known. In this role you will be answering calls, scheduling service appointments, making outbound calls to customers, in person interactions with customers in our service drive and more! An understanding of automotive service, setting solid expectations and providing TOP notch customer service daily is required. This position requires previous experience and someone who is very detail oriented. We are a six year old state of the art dealership that is constantly growing. Hours would be Mon-Fri 8-5.
