Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as this position will interact extensively with multiple departments and business stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

4+ years of hands-on experience administering Workforce Management, Time & Attendance, or comparable workforce systems.

• Hands-on system administration and configuration experience; candidates with only workforce modeling or end-user experience will not be suitable.

• Experience with UKG Workforce Management (WFM) or an equivalent Workforce Management/Time & Attendance platform.

• Strong understanding of WFM system concepts, configurations, business rules, and operational processes.

• Experience supporting payroll-related processes and/or HRIS integrations preferred.

• Experience working in multi-site and hourly workforce environments preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and process orientation.

• Ability to identify and resolve timekeeping, scheduling, pay-rule, and payroll-related issues.

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Operations, and other business functions.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
