We seek individuals who are driven to make a difference and embody our motto, “To Care is an Honor.” Join Ennoble Care today!Ennoble Care is hiring an AI & Clinical Informatics Manager to serve as a high-velocity tactical partner to the Chief Product and Clinical Strategy Officer. This is a role for a proactive builder—someone who can take a clinical or operational objective, independently map out the solution, and personally deploy AI/automation tools to achieve it. You will be the hands-on owner for high impact workstreams, driving immediate efficiency gains through rapid prototyping and end-to-end execution.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependent Project Ownership: Act as a "scouter" for the executive team, taking high-level goals and executing them from start to finish with minimal daily guidance.• Direct Solution Building: Personally design, configure, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using systems such as Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Automate.• Adoption & Change Management: Own the "last mile" of tech; train staff on the tools you build and iterate based on their direct feedback.Definition of SuccessAutonomy: Ability to "figure it out" and move projects forward without a step-by-step roadmap.• Velocity: Rapid transition from a whiteboard concept to a functional, deployed tool.• Efficiency: Quantifiable time savings, error reduction, and or other financial and operational gains across non-clinical and administrative workflows.ReportingThis position reports to the Chief Product and Clinical Strategy Officer. While there are no initial direct reports, you will be expected to lead cross-functional projects independently.Example InitiativesClinical Documentation & Care Plan Support: Create tools that pre-populate structured clinical documentation, care plans, and problem lists to reduce cognitive load and improve consistency while preserving clinician judgment.•Risk Stratification & Panel Management: Prototype workflows that surface high-risk patients based on diagnoses, utilization patterns, and care gaps to support proactive clinical decision-making.•Clinical Intake & Triage Automation: Build agents that ingest referrals, clinical summaries, and prior utilization data to assist with triage, visit prioritization, and routing to the appropriate clinical team.Experience & Qualifications2–4 years of experience in consulting, product, analytics, or healthcare operations.• The "Maker" DNA: Proven experience building in low-code/no-code environments (e.g., Copilot, Zapier, Keragon).• High Technical Curiosity: A self-starter who experiments with new LLM models and automation tools independently.• Analytical Communication: Ability to talk to clinical leaders, understand their pain points, and translate them into a logical workflow.• Independent Contributor: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you are responsible for both the strategy and the execution.Pay Rate: Starting at $150,000/yr plus bonusesFull-time employees qualify for the following benefits:• Medical, Dental, Vision and supplementary benefits such as Life Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts for Medical and Dependent Care, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity.• Paid Time Off• Paid Office HolidaysAll employees qualify for these benefits:• Paid Sick Time• 401(k) with up to 3% company match• Referral Program• Payactiv: pay-on-demand.
