JOB DESCRIPTIONProcurement Internship - AgFirst Farm CreditProcurement plays a key role in supporting AgFirst's operational needs by sourcing goods and services, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring purchases are cost-effective, compliant, and aligned with company standards. As a Procurement Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the team with records management, documentation, and reporting, while learning how procurement contributes to overall business efficiency.

• Assist with records management, including filing invoices, contracts, and other procurement documents.
• Support the team with data entry and reporting, helping maintain accurate and organized procurement records.
• Help review, organize, and track vendor documents and purchasing activity.
• Learn the basics of procurement processes, including sourcing, purchase orders, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Procurement team members on special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
What You'll Need• Enrollment in an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree program
• Field of Study: Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Willingness to learn procurement processes and work with confidential documents
