About this role
Job Title: QC InspectorPay rate: $19 to $ 21Location: West Warwick, RI, USJob DescriptionWhat You'll Do+ Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on materials, parts, and assemblies.+ Use inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, force gauges, electrical meters).+ Read and understand drawings/specifications to verify product requirements.+ Record inspection results accurately in electronic systems.+ Work closely with other departments to communicate product or material issues.+ Support occasional special projects and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.Must-Have Skills+ Experience using basic inspection tools.+ Ability to read drawings and follow inspection plans.+ Ability to record results clearly (paper or electronic formats).+ Experience with standard inspection and sampling methods.Nice-to-Have Skills+ Experience using or programming VMM (Visual Measurement Machines) .+ Ability to program force gauges.+ Experience interpreting basic statistical/control data.Work Environment+ Clean, organized, and safety-focused manufacturing environment.+ Not loud or chaotic-structured processes and clear expectations.+ Strong support from quality, engineering, and production teams.Shift & Schedule+ 6:30am - 3:00pm+ Contract-to-hire, steady workflow.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Warwick, RI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
