Job Title: Brazing TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Brazing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for brazing copper piping and metal components according to engineering specifications. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our assemblies by performing precise brazing and testing procedures.Responsibilities+ Perform brazing of copper piping and metal components according to engineering specifications.+ Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.+ Prepare and clean parts for brazing, ensuring proper fit and alignment.+ Conduct pressure and vacuum tests on brazed assemblies.+ Operate related equipment such as torches, grinders, and presses.+ Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with OSHA safety standards.+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards.+ Assist with machine setup and minor maintenance as needed.Essential Skills+ Proficiency in brazing, welding, and metal fabrication.+ Ability to accurately braze refrigerant lines and copper piping.+ Experience in performing pressure and vacuum tests on brazed assemblies.+ Familiarity with HVAC installation procedures, pipe sizing, and ACR piping standards.Additional Skills & Qualifications+ HVAC installation and pipefitting.+ Experience with machine operation and production workflows.+ Knowledge of batch processing and chemical handling.Why Work Here?Join a dedicated team committed to quality and precision.
