Job Description AECOM Hunt has an exciting opportunity to join our team of professionals as a Project Accountant in either Indianapolis, IN. This position allows for hybrid work as approved by management.

+ Supports moderately complex project(s), working under general supervision.

+ Prepares various financial reports and provides analysis and recommendations based on findings.

+ Requires a proven ability to apply professional concepts in a productive, consistent manner. Maintains records according to generally accepted accounting practices.

+ Performs audits and generates special financial reports.

+ Reviews projects for accurate revenue recognition and provides project analysis and recommendations based on findings.

+ Matrixed environment, reports to local Project Executive and Regional Controller. About Construction Management

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

+ BA/BS relevant curriculum and 2 years of accounting experience or A/AS and 4 years of relevant experience or HSD/GED and 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Demonstrated experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

+ Experience in construction accounting.

+ Experience with construction financial documentation.

+ Strong Excel experience.

+ CMiC or Textura experience is preferred.

+ Microsoft Office Proficiency.

The range for this position is $31.14 to $57.62.
