About this role

Job DescriptionAECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented Mechanical Engineer IV (HVAC) for our Atlanta, Georgia Buildings and Places Group. This role will consist of providing mechanical design on federal and commercial projects across the country and/or internationally, with a strong focus on timely delivery and Client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong desire to further their design capabilities and make significant contributions to substantial projects within a larger design initiative.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:• Design, including drafting, of mechanical systems for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems including engineering related calculations and development of drawings.

• Develop system narratives.

• Review / Edit Specifications.

• QA/QC of Mechanical designs.

• Working under supervision of a department leader.

• Able to manage teams and projects with minimal supervision.
