Are you a detail-oriented operations professional who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments? We're seeking a Center Operations Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our Beachwood ABA center.This critical role is the central point of contact for scheduling, client intake, front-desk management, and daily operational support. You’ll ensure that every day runs like clockwork—freeing up our clinical team to focus on delivering world-class therapy. This is a non-clinical role ideal for someone with outstanding logistics skills, excellent communication, and a passion for building systems that support clinical excellence.This is a full time position at the Center Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00 pmBenefits:

Master Scheduling & Capacity Management•

Client Intake & Onboarding•

Front Desk Operations & Hospitality•

Policy Adherence & Staff Support•

Admin, Facilities & Reporting SupportRequired Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent•

1+ year of experience in scheduling or administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or related environment•

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities•

Proficiency in scheduling software and basic office applications (e.g., Word, Excel)•

Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with families, clinical teams, and internal departmentsPreferred Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field•

Familiarity with healthcare operations (e.g., insurance verification, medical billing)•

Experience working in ABA therapy or other clinical settings involving children with autism•
