We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Downstream Processing Technician III to join our world-class team in St. Louis. Your keen attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that all tasks are completed right the first time. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining the suite, supplies, equipment, logbooks, and data to strict cGMP standards, contributing to the success of our manufacturing operations.PAY

- $32.20/hourResponsibilities+ Execute manufacturing batch records, work instructions, and SOPs with a focus on proactive 'right the first time' executions.+ Assist with batch record reconciliation.+ Maintain suite, supplies, equipment, logbooks, and data in accordance with site SOPs and policies.+ Document all activities to meet cGMP requirements and complete document reviews and revisions.+ Participate and lead in shift exchanges, 1-1s, and meetings to facilitate area needs.+ Support quality investigations by providing feedback and making suggestions for improvement.+ Promote safe work habits and adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.+ Critically evaluate processes and prioritize tasks by interpreting production schedules.Essential Skills+ Minimum of 2 years of work experience in manufacturing, operation, production, lab setting or related field.+ BS Degree in a STEM-related field.+ Knowledge of cGMP practices and aseptic techniques.+ Subject Matter Expert on downstream processing steps.Additional Skills & Qualifications+ Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment and a 4-year STEM degree.+ Knowledge of chemical concepts.+ Aseptic technique and cleanroom experience preferred.+ 6 months of experience in a GMP regulated environment preferred.Work EnvironmentThis position requires working in cleanroom/aseptic suites, and you must be willing to gown up. The job involves night shifts from 6:15 PM to 6:45 AM on rotating 12-hour shifts, working 7 days out of a 2-week period. The rotating schedule includes working some weekends and having weekdays off. You will need to wear full gowning attire, including a bodysuit, gloves, hair and beard nets, face covers, and safety glasses. Makeup, jewelry, nail polish, cologne/perfume, and scented lotions or hair care products are not permitted. The role requires the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs independently and to stand for 80% of the shift.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.20
