+ Serve as the face of the office-greet clients, guests, and vendors
+ Answer and screen calls, manage the daily office calendar
+ Coordinate and prep meetings, conference rooms, materials, and catering
+ Handle mail, deliveries, and office supply management
+ Track and organize expenses in QuickBooks and support monthly closeouts
+ Coordinate logistics for leadership (scheduling, travel, transportation)
+ Partner with vendors for presentations and studio updates
+ Support onboarding of new employees and general office operations
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment (Front Desk..., New York | Outlook) What They're Looking For
+ ~2-3+ years of experience (flexible for the right fit)
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
+ Professional, polished, and client-facing presence
+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, creative environment
+ Experience in a design firm or creative studio is a strong plus

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.25
- $32.45/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
