Administrative / Project Coordinator Shelton, CT Are you someone who keeps projects organized, information flowing, and teams on track? We're looking for a proactive Administrative / Project Coordinator to support our project teams through day-to-day coordination, documentation, and communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work with variety, responsibility, and visibility across multiple projects. What You'll Do
+ Serve as a key administrative and coordination resource for Project Managers and internal teams
+ Organize and maintain project documentation such as contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout files
+ Track and manage project information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and easy access
+ Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments to collect required documents and information
+ Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and basic cost tracking
+ Schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections; prepare notes, follow-ups, and documentation
+ Support project closeout by gathering warranties, manuals, and final deliverables What We're Looking For
+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail
+ Clear, professional communicator-both written and verbal
+ Comfortable working with multiple teams and managing competing priorities
+ Self-motivated and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with project or construction software is a plus
+ Previous experience in administrative support, project coordination, or the A/E/C industry is helpful-but not required Why Join Us?

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shelton, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00
