The Office of Innovation’s vision is to guide City of Hope in revolutionizing cancer care by identifying emerging trends, pioneering innovative solutions, and driving sustainable models to enhance cancer care access and quality globally. Building corporate and employer relationships and providing individuals with better access to world-class and leading-edge cancer care and navigation is a vital component of the City of Hope model of success.  Each member of the Office of Innovation is a stakeholder in this work, with personal accountability for their role in building a successful future for delivering new cures, treatments and education. Under the supervision of the Director, Solution Development will contribute to the business development, growth and lead the delivery of the Cancer Solutions program by serving as a subject matter expert and a professional role model, and a key liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, operational teams, vendors and partners. This role combines client-facing responsibilities with business operations and project management support to ensure seamless onboarding, program execution, and measurable business outcomes. This role will also partner with office of philanthropy to support the planning of high impact events and attend business events and conferences to develop business relationships with potential Cancer Solution clients. To this end, we invest in our staff and support the effectiveness of our team through focused transparency & accountability, building trust within teams; training & development; celebrating innovation & risk taking; enhancing team communications and removing roadblocks to maximize activation.  As a key member of the Innovation office, the account manager will work collaboratively across the department to develop strategies and deliverables to grow and steward our overall national portfolio of corporate partners and activities.

• Duties & Responsibilities• Supports multiple employer client accounts by coordinating onboarding, program implementation, and service delivery.• Serves as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client communications, escalating issues to senior team members when needed.• Attend business development activities, including maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients, tracking outreach efforts, and assisting with proposal development.• Facilitates and reviews clients’ demands, develops project plans, and ensures the implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meets clients’ expectations.• Coordinates and attends in-person and virtual events to deepen engagement with existing clients and promote program awareness.• Partners with internal City of Hope stakeholders (e.g., patient services, operations, data, marketing) to align and execute program deliverables.• Tracks progress, maintain dashboards, reports, and program updates for both internal leadership and clients.• Has a continuing role in customer support to track progress, address clients' issues in the usage of services, escalates key feedback, risks or delays to program leadership• Work cross-functionally to coordinate resources and logistics for client meetings, events, and implementation activities.• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.Your qualifications should include:

• Bachelor’s Degree; 3 additional years of experience plus the minimum experience requirement may substitute for minimum education.• 2+ years of recent related industry experiencePreferred experience

• Two years of experience working in project management, healthcare or hospital operations OR Two years of experience in client-facing roles in a non-profit environment.Additional Information:
